YOGA RETREAT 2-7 August
YOGA & WELLNESS RETREAT "RESET" · AUGUST 2 – 7, 2026
Organized by Le Yogascope, in collaboration with Cortijo Genesis, led by Daphné Lachavanne (https://www.leyogascope.com/nos-professeurs/daphne-lachavanne)
En français & in English
An intimate retreat where the body finally gets to exhale
There are moments when the body has simply had enough. Not of being used — of being ignored. Too much speed, too much noise, too many things that stopped flowing a long time ago.
This retreat is an invitation to do things differently. Six days in the Andalusian hills with yoga every morning, treatment designed to release what the body has been holding, and practices that restore movement where things have gone still.
Small group. Exceptional setting. One intention: reset.
The Program
Designed for all levels, the programme alternates movement, body care, and reconnection practices — to restore flow where the body has become still.
Daily morning yoga with a self-massage routine to awaken the body and set the intention for the day
Individual treatment included — Renata França lymphatic drainage and energetic bodywork for deep release
Breathwork initiation and guided meditation to create inner space
Equine meditation, led by Valentina (owner of Cortijo Genesis, equitherapist) — an encounter with yourself that is difficult to put into words, but impossible to forget
Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra and intuitive free dance in the evenings
Guided walk and permaculture farm visit on-site
Opening and closing circles to hold the experience as a true ritual of transformation
Typical Day
8:00 AM : Tea, coffee
8:30 AM : Morning yoga and self-massage routine
11:00 AM : Brunch
11 AM – 4 PM : Free time — treatments, pool, walks, rest
5:00 PM : Evening activity (Yin & Nidra Yoga / Meditation with Horses/ Walk ..)
8:00 PM : Dinner
*Programme can change depending on the weather and on the group energy
Who Is It For?
For women who need more than a yoga holiday. Who feel their body carrying something it can no longer put down alone. Who want to be genuinely taken care of — not just relaxed.
This retreat is for you if :
You're looking for a yoga & wellness retreat in Spain that goes beyond the surface — intimate, intentional, and deeply restorative
You want to experience breathwork and lymphatic drainage in a context that feels safe and supported
You're drawn to holistic care that treats the body as a whole — not just its symptoms
You want a small group where real connection is possible — maximum 9 participants
You simply need to stop. Breathe. And remember what it feels like to be at home in your own body
Food
Jess cooks the way she moves through the world — with curiosity, warmth, and deep respect for what the body actually needs. Born in Kenya, trained across London and India, she brings together African, Indian and Mediterranean influences into plant-based menus that are as nourishing as they are genuinely delicious. Seasonal, low-waste, locally sourced — and never, ever bland.
Each meal is designed to support the retreat experience rather than interrupt it. Food as care. Food as pleasure. Food as part of the reset.
Daphné Lachavanne
Daphné's yoga is therapeutic, sensory, and profoundly human. Fluid vinyasa, hatha flow, yin yoga, and hybrid practices that weave together mobility, breath and deep release — always guided by one question: not can you do more, but can you feel more?
Certified in Renata França lymphatic drainage and specialised in accompanying the female body through stress, trauma and hormonal health, she has built a practice she calls The Art of Circulation — rooted in the belief that most suffering comes from what has stopped moving: emotions, lymph, breath, energy, sometimes even words.
Her treatments work on all of these at once. People leave her sessions feeling lighter, clearer, less compressed — and often surprised by what quietly let go.
The most meaningful feedback she has ever received? That someone felt safe in their body for the first time in a long time. That is the exact space she works to create.
